When I build and run Omicron on stock Helios everything runs but I have been getting very bad perf on the network (about 0.15MB/s), with a lot of TCP resets. After some investigating it seems the buffer in Helios and the softnpu buffers keep filling. This leads to TCP resets and sluggishness. The two options I see are either increasing the OS buffering size or increasing softnpu.
