Bug Description

Issue Summary:
I need to properly leverage nested fields in lambdas involved in transform, reduce, etc. when working with arrays of objects

Steps to Reproduce:
Run the provided ppl query against index/documents provided as examples

Additionally, i noticed that the below ppl query identifies all nested fields as type "UNDEFINED"

Impact:
I am not able to fully leverage nested fields.
Workardound consists in introducing expand or mvexpand
