Reproduce on the assets page by applying an attribute-value filter that contains a double quote, then clearing the input. Search the frontend for the asset-tree value filter and how the quoted string is parsed or stored. Done when a quote no longer prefixes later filters and an empty or whitespace value fully resets the filter.

Describe the bug
Using double quotes in asset tree value filter breaks the filter. It ends up prefixing the filter with whatever the specified attribute value filter is after filtering with a double quote once.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to 'assets page'
- Click on 'filter'
- Select asset type
- Write an attribute name
- Write an attribute value containing a
". - Try to clear it by hand through the attribute value input
- The broken filter is not reset
- Trying a new attribute value breaks it even further
Expected behavior
Double quotes to either be escaped somehow, or excluded, or not allowed.
Furthermore, I expect the filtered attribute value to always reset to nothing when input value is an empty string or only whitespace.
