"The Building Blocks pipeline validates with a fork of the Python jsonschema library frozen at version 4.17.3, kept alive only to preserve a $ref resolver (RefResolver) that the upstream library retired in July 2023 on correctness grounds, and that fetches referenced schemas over live HTTP at validation time. The reference harness (Bowtie) rates the current library near the top, but that is the code OGC has chosen not to run"
