この作業は open-feature/flagd#1996 と flagd-testbed#379 によってブロックされています。これらが取り込まれたら、まず resolvers/ と resolvers/process/ ディレクトリから始め、その後、更新された flagd-testbed シナリオを確認してください。完了条件は、個別解決と一括解決の両方に対してロスレスな強制変換が一貫して適用され、サブモジュールが古い除外なしで @numeric-coercion-v2 を使用し、破壊的変更がリリースノートで扱われていることです。

Adopts the numeric coercion ADR in the flagd provider.
- implement lossless numeric coercion in the in-process resolver (per-language flagd-core)

ResolveAll/AnyFlag.double_value, apply the same lossless check client-side so bulk eval matches individualResolve*behavior - bump
flagd-testbedsubmodule; adopt@numeric-coercion-v2and drop old@numeric-coercionexclusions/scenarios - coordinated release with other providers
