使用 Claude Code 的时候，一直会提示这个报错。我也根据要求让 AI 帮我删除。但是清理完之后，这个还是无法消除（但不影响正常使用）。然后 AI 给的方向是：

你的系统上只有一个 Claude Code CLI 安装，但 npm install -g 会同时生成 wrapper 脚本和实际 binary 两个文件，CodePilot的去重算法没能正确识别它们属于同一个 npm 包。

建议

  1. 可以安全忽略这个警告 — Claude Code 功能完全正常
  2. 如果觉得碍眼，可以向 CodePilot 团队反馈这个 bug，建议他们改进去重逻辑：当两个 claude 路径满足"一个 realpath是另一个的子路径"时，应归为同一安装
