The sample of matrix_multiply.exe in vtune tool folder doesn't work on Windows

まず、報告されている Windows 11 と Visual Studio 2022 の構成で oneAPI-samples-2023.2.0\Tools\VTuneProfiler\matrix_multiply_vtune\x64\Debug\matrix_multiply.exe の失敗を再現し、その後、このパスが参照している VTune matrix_multiply サンプルファイルを調査します。報告された環境で、ビルドされた実行可能ファイルが issue に示されたエラーなしで正常に実行されれば完了です。

When running oneAPI-samples-2023.2.0\Tools\VTuneProfiler\matrix_multiply_vtune\x64\Debug>matrix_multiply.exe, it doesn't work. there is error happening below, and i also verified 2023.1.0, the same issue is reproduced.
