Add zsh, bash, and fish scripts under completions/ that complete subcommands, --preset recommended|privacy, feature names, and tweak names. enhancement good first issue

Tab completion for the subcommands, --preset recommended|privacy and the feature and tweak names would make the CLI easier to use. The names come from removemacai features and removemacai tweaks --json, so the scripts can call those instead of hardcoding the lists.

A completions/ folder with the three scripts is enough to start, and the Homebrew formula in omlahore/homebrew-tap can install them later.
