説明
Context
iPhone and iPad are primary targets, but the end-to-end tests run the iPhone profile on Chromium (apps/web/playwright.config.ts). Safari-specific behaviour is untested: home-screen install, storage eviction, the service worker in standalone mode, the on-screen keyboard over the parser field, IndexedDB in private browsing, opening the single-file build from the Files app.
Scope
- Add a WebKit Playwright project with an iPhone device profile to the CI e2e job. Tests that Playwright cannot run on WebKit are skipped with a reason.
- A device test matrix in docs (iPhone Safari in the browser and installed, iPad portrait and landscape, Android Chrome installed, desktop Firefox and Safari) with a checklist: install, start in airplane mode, autosave after force quit, parser input with the on-screen keyboard, save export and import through the Files app, lexvm-offline.html from the Files app.
- Run the matrix once before the v0.2 release and record the results here.
Acceptance criteria
- CI runs the end-to-end tests on WebKit; skipped tests are listed with reasons.
- The device matrix document exists and has been run on at least one iPhone and one iPad.
- Every problem found is filed as a
type: bugissue.
