AIX release builds broken

Makefile:1417 の失敗している Makefile ターゲットと tools/install.py から始め、失敗している 6 月 21 日の AIX リリース出力と成功している例を比較します。tools/install.py の前にある release-tarball ステップを追跡します。完了とは、AIX リリースビルドが完了して tarball が生成されることです。

Builds on the test CI are generally passing, which would point to a part of the build that is only run for the release tar balls (during or just before running tools/install.py).

Opening this here instead of the Build WG repository as no changes have been made to AIX release machine in the time period when the builds started to fail.
