The context is in the linked issue #4517, where /home/iojs/.config/jgit/config was removed from that machine. Reproducing this needs access to the AIX Jenkins node, so a newcomer should first read the build logs and the earlier issue. Done means the cause of the allocation failure is identified and the node builds without it, which a maintainer would need to confirm.
