説明
The current passcode implementation relies on a legacy interface and needs to be modernized to provide a consistent experience across iPhone, iPad, and iPhone Duo.
The app lock should reliably protect content after returning from the background and appear above any presented sheet or alert. Failed attempts and lockout timers should persist when the passcode screen is reopened or the app is relaunched.
Proposed improvements:
- Replace the legacy passcode interface with a shared SwiftUI implementation.
- Improve adaptive layout, keypad sizing, and accessibility.
- Use the shared interface in the main app and Share Extension.
- Request biometric authentication when enabling Touch ID or Face ID.
- Add haptic and shake feedback for incorrect or mismatched passcodes.
- Prevent dismissing a change or disable passcode flow from bypassing an active lockout.
- Add UI tests covering passcode management, lockout persistence, background transitions, and app reset.
