まず、Windows または Linux の Firefox Color で問題を再現します。Firefox Color のツールバーボタンを開き、Custom backgrounds を選択して、パターンのサムネイルをクリックします。サムネイルの selected 状態と hover 状態を確認します。1 回のクリックで常にサムネイルが selected-state の青い境界線に囲まれ、再現手順で灰色の hover 状態が表示されなくなれば完了です。

[Prerequisites]:
- Have a Firefox profile with the latest version of the "Firefox Color" add-on (2.1.0 local-dev custom built on 10/23/2018) installed.
[Steps to reproduce]:
- Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
- Click the "Firefox Color" toolbar button and select the "Custom backgrounds" tab.
- Click on the "Custom backgrounds" button.
- Click on a pattern thumbnail from the "Custom backgrounds" section.
- Observe the thumbnail.
[Expected result]:
- The button is in its selected state, and its surrounded by a blue border.
[Actual result]:
- The button is in its hover state, and its surrounded by a grey border.
[Notes]:
- This issue is not reproducible with the stage and production version.
- After double clicking a thumbnail, it will be surrounded by a blue outline.
- After clicking a thumbnail and then clicking outside of it, it will be surrounded by a blue outline.
