Changing theme in `about:addons` overrides FF Colors settings until next restart

まず、FF Colors を有効にした状態で Firefox の about:addons の Themes ページにおける動作を再現します。別のテーマを選択し、System theme - auto または Light に戻してから、Firefox の再起動前後で結果を比較します。選択したテーマによって再起動するまで FF Colors が上書きされたままにならなくなるか、issue の提案どおり FF Colors がテーマ一覧に表示されれば完了です。

説明
Seems like FF Colors should either override theme selections in about:addons no matter what theme is selected there (i.e. colors wouldn't change), or perhaps FF Colors should appear in that list as its own theme. Either way, override-until-restart seems like not the right behavior here.

Second, when I try a different theme in Themes page and then I switch back to "System theme -> auto" OR "Light", the theme doesn't revert automatically to its previous state and the tabs look like they are fading. The only solution to this, is to restart Firefox:
