FileAttachment.content_bytes does not return b64-encoded content.

まず、FileAttachment モデルの content_bytes フィールドと、再現手順にある添付ファイル取得呼び出しから始めます。SDK バージョン 1.58.0 と 1.60.0 の動作を比較し、その後、取得した添付ファイルに対して提供されている b64decode の検証を実行します。content_bytes を説明どおり validate=True 付きで b64decode に渡せれば完了です。

Describe the bug

On attempt to b64decode the content_bytes of a file attachment the following error occurs:
binascii.Error: Only base64 data is allowed
The same test provided below passes with msgraph-sdk <= 1.58.0
The code comments still suggest b64-encoded content:

# The base64-encoded contents of the file.
content_bytes: Optional[bytes] = None

Expected behavior

FileAttachment.content_bytes returns b64-encoded data.
