まず、Workspace の再起動を含めてプラグインのバージョン 0.43.0 と 0.43.1 の比較を再現し、ユニットテストボタンが消えるかどうかを確認します。これらのボタンの表示を担っている動作を追跡し、再インストールなしで 0.43.1 で確実に戻ることを確認します。

I was able to reproduce this issue twice back-to-back after a report from a user:

I updated the plugin to version 0.43.1
I observed that the buttons have disappeared after a restart of the Workspace and did not reappear after a few minutes of waiting time
I uninstalled the plugin and re-installed version 0.43.0
After a workspace restart the buttons instantly re-appeared

I reproduced this after multiple users from a team reported this to me - so this is not an isolated incident.

When looking at the git history nothing really caught my attention that could be causing this regression.
