まず C_Cpp.inlayHints.parameterNames.suppressWhenArgumentContainsName の実装とテストを見つけ、設定の登録方法を確認してください。既存の設定の動作を維持しながら、大文字と小文字を区別しない照合を行う補完的な設定を追加してください。新しい設定によって、引数に大文字と小文字の異なる名前が含まれている場合にパラメーターのヒントが抑制され、両方の設定をテストでカバーできれば完了です。

Feature Request
Currently, the setting C_Cpp.inlayHints.parameterNames.suppressWhenArgumentContainsName uses a case-sensitive match.
However, if the argument contains the name in different cases, it often still makes sense to suppress the hint because the meaning is there.
See the following example with the setting on,
The parameter name volume is not suppressed even though DEFAULT_VOLUME still includes it only in upper case and it does make sense for it to be suppressed. This is a common naming pattern for C/C++ codebases.
The behavior of suppressWhenArgumentContainsName doesn't have to be changed for this, it can be added as a separate complementary setting.
