説明

mkcert is required to setup self-trusted certificats for developers running the project locally. However it's not part of the (base image or feature) devcontainer. Moreover, the guideslines while booting up the portal (via pnpm docker:dev:portal) don't work inside the devcontainer.

I successfully managed to install it by installing homebrew and then, installing mkcert.

This utility should be part of the devcontainer config without any developer action.
