semantic-kernel from v1.18.0 upper cannot build

semantic-kernel の例と、レポートに示されている Microsoft.SemanticKernel.Connectors.AzureOpenAI.dll の入力を使用して、スタックエントリ Microsoft.JavaScript.NodeApi.Generator.TypeDefinitionsGenerator.GetInheritedMember から始めます。v1.18.0-and-later のビルド失敗を再現し、あいまいな reflection lookup を調査します。例外なしで例が Microsoft.SemanticKernel.Connectors.AzureOpenAI.js を生成すれば完了です。
