調査の方向性

Issue にリンクされている Windows Dev Config コマンドから始め、通常のターミナルで再現します。繰り返される UAC プロンプトと失敗するコマンドをどの操作が引き起こしているのかを追跡します。完了条件は、コマンドがプロンプトのループを繰り返さなくなり、必要な管理者アクセスとリポジトリのクローン手順が明確に処理されていることです。

説明

I tried to run in normal terminal thinking any elevation would happen automatically. Instead what I got was UAC prompt after UAC prompt with very little details of what it was running. It popped up every second or two, almost making the machine unusable interactivity wise. When I got back to terminal, I see that all the commands were erroring out in red and failing, and we were probably stuck in a loop. Anyways, we probably should be checking for admin access if we require that or fixing the UAC issue.

P.S. Also it's not clear you have to clone this repo to run the command. Might want to make that explicit.
