説明
Following the sphinx example exactly, the server runs fine and the browser works but no changes are tracked and there is no feedback from the server logging.
The shell command to make the html works fine if called in a python shell.
Installing pyinotify makes no difference (apart from not reporting "start detecting changes" in server logging).
Executing make manually and re-fetching the served page brings up the changes.
This is in Ubuntu 16.04 linux using python 3.5.2.
