Overview
Across the project implementing Organizations, strings have ended up in a few different strings files in a level that is too granular. They should be consolidated into a single file and deduped. If the string already exists in a shared file, the shared file version should be favored. If the string exists within a component, we should evaluate whether or not it should be moved to a shared file, and then that shared file reference should be replace in both places.
Acceptance Criteria
- a single organizationsStrings.js file exists
- all strings used for the "Organizations" feature as described here: https://github.com/learningequality/studio/issues/5786 are migrated to this file
- strings are deduplicated
- files are cleaned up: out of date code is deleted, references are updated
- All related tests that rely on strings are updated
