説明

I'm the author. It's a local gateway for Claude Code (the CLI and the VS Code extension) for people with more than one Claude subscription. Claude Code points at it through ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL. When the account in use hits its 5-hour or weekly limit, the request is re-sent on another account before anything has streamed, so the task keeps going. When every account is full, a terminal chat continues by itself when the first limit resets. Windows and Linux, Node 20+, no dependencies, Apache-2.0. The README has a demo replayed from a real log.
