調査の方向性

The issue describes moving a Devbox environment from an internet-connected computer to an offline one, but does not identify files, commands, or tests. Start by reading the project's environment setup and package-installation entry points, then check whether offline bundle support is already documented or implemented. Done would require a defined, tested way to install the environment offline; the issue needs scope clarification before implementation.
