Issue Description

Forwarding from this issue: https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic-framework/issues/26411

The Ionic CLI information around the ionic capacitor run and ionic capacitor build does not reflect what the --prod option applies to (Angular only).

We should clarify the documentation, as vue-cli-service build creates a production build by default.

Note: We may decide to look into the --prod option in the CLI and see if there is a way to apply it consistently for each major framework we support.
