調査の方向性

Issue にリンクされているスタンドアロン配布のコンテキストから始め、静的にコンパイルされた MUSL ビルドで失敗する pip install hatch コマンドを再現してください。make_cffi.py を traceback にある CFFI の初期化パスと併せて読みます。zstandard 依存関係をビルドでき、動的ロードエラーなしでインストールが完了すれば完了です。
