Review the existing MultiUseSandbox::set_log_level and MultiUseSandbox::log_level entry points, along with the discussion linked from PR 1833. Determine the preferred Rust naming and record the decision in a follow-up PR; the work is done when the API name is agreed and the resulting change is submitted.

I believe in general we don't use the set/get prefixes much in Rust. I'll leave it as it is now, but we can have a follow up discussion and change it with a follow up PR.
@yoshuawuyts , I'm almost sure you have some opinion on this.
