まず、簡略化した Packer の buildfile と報告された Packer v1.8.2 のセットアップで検証エラーを再現します。不足している認証入力を報告する OpenStack プラグインの検証パスを追跡します。エラーが auth_url ではなく、設定された identity_endpoint パラメーターを特定し、既存の検証エラーも引き続き適切に報告されれば完了です。
