What to build
An agent cannot skip git hooks. A hook script that ships with loop-audit denies git commit with --no-verify or -n, including git -C <path> commit, and denies the env prefixes HUSKY=0, LEFTHOOK=0, LEFTHOOK=false, and LEFTHOOK_EXCLUDE=. Ordinary commands that contain -n, such as git log -n 5 and grep -n, still run. The script splits a command into separate git invocations and checks flags only on git commit, because a regex over the whole command cannot tell commit -n from log -n.
