What to build
Add the architect and interrogate skills, and the principles library.
Principles are short documents loaded only when a playbook step calls for them, never inlined into the router. Architect covers design work and interrogate covers pinning down requirements, both through the same playbook and role structure as the other workflows.
Acceptance criteria
- The architect and interrogate skills, their playbooks and any new roles exist and pass
gstack check - Principles are reachable only by reference from playbook steps, and
gstack checkconfirms every reference resolves - The router stays within its size budget
- Manual check: each new workflow runs end to end in one harness
