The payload names no files, so start by finding the webhook handler that processes batched messages and its existing tests. Read how a failing or undecodable message is handled inside the batch loop. Done means a spec that sends a batch with one bad message and asserts that the others are stored and the response is 200. If the handler already does this, the spec only confirms it.
