Start at the --user-wordlist entry point and trace how the wordlist supplies content to the waterfall and proofer pages. Define how tagged sections should map to those pages and what happens for missing sections; done should allow separate custom text for the requested templates without complicated command lines.

It would be nice to customise the waterfall and the proofer pages with custom text.
There would plenty of ways to approach such issue, but I was thinking adding tags to the user-wordlist file would be the most effective one? It would avoid complicated command lines.
