Files Changed tab no longer shows uncommitted local changes

Previously, the Files Changed tab showed my working-tree diff (staged, unstaged, and untracked files), and I could add inline comments on those uncommitted changes. Now, once a PR is linked to the session (draft PR in my case), the tab only shows the diff from the last commit vs. the base branch — local uncommitted changes (staged/unstaged/untracked) don't appear at all, and I can't comment on them.

Expected: ability to see and comment on uncommitted local changes, not just committed/pushed diffs, even when a PR is linked.

Repro: open a project session with local uncommitted changes and a linked PR → Files Changed tab shows only the PR's committed diff.
