javascript Task

Port dev-packages/deno-integration-tests to span streaming. Span streaming is the default, so every suite that still pins traceLifecycle: 'static' covers behaviour we no longer ship.

Part of SDK-1425, one tracking issue per integration test package.

Scope

51 traceLifecycle: 'static' pins across 26 files, mostly the orchestrion-* suites plus deno-serve-request-bodies
No -streamed twins exist, so every suite needs a real rewrite

Why this package is different

These suites do not go through the event proxy. They assert through the transactionSink() helper wired into beforeSendTransaction in src/index.ts, so the port is a harness change first and a spec rewrite second.

Keep static trace lifecycle coverage

Keep one suite on the static pin as a guard rather than duplicating each one.
