- Borderline cases that are technically true positives, but lack project context i.e. don't understand the feature, requirements or threat model
- Try to reduce false positives and false negatives using either prompt engineering or context engineering e.g. new tools, additions to the project GEMINI.md or introducing a new THREAT_MODEL.md context file
