説明

Currently, floating plugins can only be placed below the toolbar.

It would be nice to also support adding small plugins, usually consisting of some buttons, on top of the toolbar. We may be able to do this with the current floating plugins, just making sure that's a valid XY position and that their Z can be above the toolbar.
