Suggestion
Currently, if you're installing an application with Flatpak and the system attempts to suspend, Flatpak does not stop this and on resume the installation process seems to just get stuck at whatever the progress was when the system suspended. I think it would be nice if Flatpak attempted to inhibit suspend while it is doing operations like installing and uninstalling programs as this can sometimes take a long time. Especially on devices with slow connections and short suspend timers (like phones) it's very easy to run into this unless you disable sleep or babysit the phone.
