Describe the Bug
Baselined errors used to appear as warnings in the IDE
"now that baselined errors are merely hints in VSCode and don't appear under the errors tab. Is there a way to make them reappear as warnings perhaps in the same Problems tab?"
hint level diagnostics do not appear in the problems pane
we can either make the diagnostic severity configurable (info, warning, error), possibly reusing the baseline-error-level config option which is currently only used for CLI severity, or we can configure it separately.
