説明
The organization notice email (monthly limit reached or events throttled) and the project daily summary link to the GitHub wiki FAQ. That page is no longer maintained and describes the old hourly throttling. The current FAQ at https://exceptionless.com/docs/FAQ/ has the same questions and anchors.

What happens
"Learn more" goes to https://github.com/exceptionless/Exceptionless/wiki/Frequently-Asked-Questions#q-why-is-my-organization-throttled (or #q-what-happens-if-the-organization-plan-limit-is-reached). That page says the limit is hourly and links to code on the master branch. Usage is now tracked in five-minute buckets (UsageService.cs#L56).

Suggested fix
Replace the three wiki URLs with the docs URLs above, ideally from one shared constant or an AppUrls helper. Consider replacing the wiki FAQ page with a link to the docs.
