Bug

Several error messages in entire investigate and entire review tell users to run entire configure --agent <name>, but entire configure has no --agent flag. Agent setup lives under entire agent add <name>.

Steps to reproduce

git init && git commit --allow-empty -m "init"
entire investigate

Output includes:

run `entire configure --agent <name>` for one of: claude-code, codex, gemini-cli

Should say:

run `entire agent add <name>` for one of: claude-code, codex, gemini-cli
