既存の file-finder (fuzzy find) ダイアログと Settings のサイドバー項目から始め、提案と prior-art のスクリーンショットを UI のリファレンスとして使用します。file-finder ポップオーバーを開く、見つけやすい検索アイコンを追加し、マウスで動作することを確認するとともに、エディター UI にショートカットを表示します。

説明
Problem
There's currently no way to get the file finder (fuzzy find) dialog with the mouse. And no way to discover the shortcut in the UI without going to the addons page
Proposal
Put a search icon in the sidebar that opens the popover?
