Describe the bug
network.caCertFile set in a file listed under extraConfigs has no effect. Behind a TLS-inspecting proxy, ECA still fails with:
Error fetching models from models.dev: PKIX path building failed ...
The same network block works when placed in the global config.json.
To Reproduce
~/.config/eca/config.json:
{ "extraConfigs": ["~/.config/eca/config.local.json"] }
~/.config/eca/config.local.json:
{ "network": { "caCertFile": "/path/to/ca-bundle.pem" } }
Cause
network/setup! runs once at server start (main.clj) with config/read-file-configs, which only reads the initial config, ECA_CONFIG and the global config file. extraConfigs are merged later, after the SSL context and global HTTP client are already built.
Expected behavior
Apply network settings from extraConfigs, or at least warn/document that they are only read from the global config, ECA_CONFIG or env vars.

Workaround
Set SSL_CERT_FILE to the CA bundle path.
