What
We discovered that there could be missing several Plan-Templates for different process parts.
It should be investigated, if and where is a lack of Templates and further the missing Templates shall be added.
Acceptance Criteria (DoD)
Existing Templates are compared to the processes and gaps are identified.
Potential missing Templates are added.
How
Analyse the processes and its templates, perform a gap analysis and create missing Templates.
