Start Eclipse under a debugger with JGit in the target platform and a workspace project connected to Git, as described in the issue. Reproduce the repeated JGit console messages when interacting with that project, then inspect the linked Equinox and Eclipse Platform commits for context. Done when ordinary project clicks no longer flood the debugger console with these logs.

Start Eclipse application from debugger (with JGit in the target platform). The workspace in the debuggee should have a project connected to git.
Almost every click in that project connected to git results in multiple logs printed to console, so that seeing relevant output is not possible anymore.
