This parenthetical "(version 4.92 and later)" suggests that the all-users-only restriction was introduced in version 4.92, implying the MSI may have supported per-user installations in earlier versions.
However, the FAQ (faq.md lines 70-82) makes it clear that:
- The MSI has never supported per-user installations
- Version 4.92 only introduced an explicit error message when
MSIINSTALLPERUSERis passed - Versions 4.91 and earlier accepted the flag but produced broken installations

Readers comparing these two pages will be confused about whether:
- The MSI ever supported per-user installations (it didn't)
