Then read step 5 of skills/technical-storyteller/SKILL.md and compare the causal links it allows against the notes. Decide whether the adversarial failure is the skill adding unsupported links or the grader being too strict, then adjust the step and re-run the evals.

All three non-trivial cases failed in both runs (technical-storyteller--1-normal, --3-adversarial, --4-quality). See RESULTS.
What happens: the skill now uses [TODO]s and labels code as illustrative, but still writes causal links the notes don't contain (e.g. why Crashlytics pointed at image decoding).
Where: step 5 of skills/technical-storyteller/SKILL.md.
The adversarial case may also be a grader-strictness problem (the output redacts correctly and refuses to publish). Reading the output and deciding which it is would help a lot.
