In the new version (4.1.0) of CodelistGenerator, the getCandidateCodes() function returns an object of an unexpected class.
Previously, the output had the following classes:
[1] "candidate_codes" "tbl_df" "tbl" "data.frame"
However, in version 4.1.0, the output has the following classes:
[1] "code search" "tbl_df" "tbl" "data.frame"
As a result, I cannot convert the output to a codelist using asCodelist().
However, creating a codelist using omopgenerics::newCodelist() still works.
As an example:
diabetes <- getCandidateCodes(
cdm = cdm,
keywords = "diabetes")
class(diabetes)
codelist <- asCodelist(diabetes)
I do not get an error, but in the console it shows:
! No column specifying T/F for the different codes is detected
and then I get an empty codelist:
