[Feature] Use different names for commodities and recipes in the tutorial(s)

The payload does not name the tutorial files, so first find the tutorial pages and input examples in this repository that give a commodity and a recipe the same name. Rename them to the suffixed pattern, such as fresh_uox_commod and fresh_uox_recipe, and keep every reference in each tutorial consistent. Done when no tutorial reuses one name for both, and the link between them is still clear. Issue #427 may give more context.

What is the motivation for your feature request? Please describe what you want to use it for.
Right now, we often use the same name for a commodity and a recipe in the input file. While this can help users see the connection between them, it can also create confusion about which is which.
Describe the feature you'd like.
We should use more descriptive names like fresh_uox_commod and fresh_uox_recipe which allows the connection to still be revealed, but makes it clear which is which.
This may be added to #427
