This is a maintainer task, not a code change: the request is to rescan https://github.com/rams-design/rams-plugin, refresh the rams plugin listing (MCP config without an API key, updated rule count), and reassign ownership to the elirousso account. No files or tests are named in the payload. Done means the listing reflects the current repo and is owned by the requester, which needs admin access to the cursor/community-plugins site.

The rams listing at https://cursor.directory/plugins/rams was added by the bulk import, so it has no owner and can't be edited. The repo has changed since. The MCP config no longer needs an API key, since the server supports OAuth, and the "258 rules" count is out of date. Could you rescan https://github.com/rams-design/rams-plugin and assign ownership to my GitHub account (elirousso)? I maintain the repo. Thanks.
