The payload names no files or functions, so start by finding the existing TLE network update code in the gpredict repository and how it fetches data. The space-track.org REST API needs a login, so the change must handle authentication before downloading TLEs. Done means a user can supply credentials and pull TLEs for the space-track catalogue. This is open-ended and has no assignee or pull request, and it has been quiet for about four years, so confirm with maintainers before starting.

説明
space-track.org is a database maintained by the United States Space Force of all (non-classified) objects that the USSF is currently tracking. Access is allowed for the general public, but requires creating a login, therefore a simple URL cannot be used to allow network updating. However, there is a REST API to allow downloading data from the database.
Adding support for using this API to access the space-track database will allow users to greatly expand the number of supported satellites in GPredict, without having to manually update the TLEs
